How to Order with Us – Step-by-Step Guide


1. Register on Our Website

Before placing an order, you must register on our website. If you don’t register, you won’t be able to view your Quality Control (QC) reports or track your order history.

2. Place Your Order

After registration, place your order on the website. At checkout, choose your preferred payment method and complete your payment.

3. Send Payment Proof

Once you’ve paid, send your payment proof to us via either:

WhatsApp: (Please request the number if not already provided)

Important:

Include your unique order number with the payment proof.

Do not send the payment proof to both email and WhatsApp—please choose only one to avoid duplication.

4. Order Status Explanation

Pending:

Your order has been placed, but we haven’t received your payment proof yet. Please send your payment confirmation as instructed above.

Processing:

We have received your payment and are preparing or ordering your goods.

Once your payment is verified, your payment status will be updated to green light in your order history.

(Payment verification typically takes 1–3 days, depending on the processing time on your side.)

Processed:

We have completed your Quality Control (QC) report, which is now available in your order history.

You can now review your QC report and click either the Green Light (Approve) or Red Light (Reject) button.

Please do not send additional confirmation messages—once you hit the Green Light, our team will process your order and prepare it for shipping within a few hours.

5. Tracking Your Shipment

Your tracking number will be automatically added to your order history within 1–3 business days after QC approval (Green Light).

You’ll see live tracking updates and can also click the provided link to track manually.

If tracking has not appeared within 4 days after you approved QC, please message us so we can check for you.
