How to order with us
You shall initially register with us on our website (otherwise you will not be able to see your quality control in your order history, then place order with the following steps, after you ordered it, check out with selected payment options and pay,
1、Pending---Order placed but we haven’t received your payment proof
Please follow our instructions to select payment method and send us the payment proof to either andiotwatches2012@gmail.com or Whatsapp (THE most important is the unique order number attached with the payment, and please don’t repeat it on both sides)
2、Processing--- We start preparing or ordering your goods for next quality control process stage. While, after we confirm the payment is received, we will hit the green light of your payment status which you can see it under your order history. (usually it takes 1-3 days to green light the payment, depending on actual payment process on your side)
3、Processed--- Means we have done you quality control report attached into your order history you can start view it and select the Green Light or Red Light. Please no need to confirm with us again and again, when u hit the Green light, our team will send over in hours for both Status of payment and QC under Green Light no delays.
Your tracking number will be automatically updated under your order history within 1-3 business days, with automatic information updating, also allowing you manual track by clicking the link beside. (if u don’t find tracking after 4 days from your green light the Quality control u can message us for checking.
